Emo Labs’ trademarks may only be used by Business Partners of Emo Labs who have permission to do so under the trademark licensing terms of a valid business agreement.  These trademarks may only be used in conjunction with the manufacture, promotion and sale of products that include Emo Labs technology, and which fully comply to the permissions, standards, requirements and approvals set forth in a valid trademark license or business agreement.

By logging into this site, you are agreeing to the following:

1. You are authorized as a user on behalf of a company that has a valid agreement with Emo Labs, including a license to use one or more of Emo Labs’ trademarks.
2. You will adhere to the current trademark and logo usage guidelines provided by Emo Labs.
3. You will not sell, alter, modify, license, sublicense, copy, or use Emo Labs’ trademarks or logos in any way other than has been specifically authorized by Emo Labs.
