From Boston & Logan Airport: When leaving the airport, follow signs for I-90 West (the “Mass Pike”) and the Ted Williams Tunnel
Take I-90 West 13 miles to exit 15 for RT-128/I-95 North, toward Waltham
Take I-95 North 4 miles to exit 27A for Totten Pond Road, toward Waltham
Near the end of the ramp, go right just BEFORE the light at Totten Pond Road
At the stop sign, go right onto Third Avenue
Continue straight to 186 Third Avenue (one story red brick building on left)

From the North:
Take Rte 3, 93, or 128 to I-95 South
Take I-95 South to exit 27A toward Totten Pond Road/Wyman Street
Exit onto Totten Pond Road and cross over I-95
Just past entrance ramp to I-95 North, go right onto Third Avenue
Continue straight to 186 Third Avenue (one story red brick building on left)

From the South:
Take Rte 3 or 128 to I-95 North
Take I-95 North to exit 27A for Totten Pond Road, toward Waltham
